it was a beautiful day here. cleaned house while listening to some music, opened the door and let the air clean out the accumulated debris of winter.
went to the local park to work out, under construction, so i wound up walking up through Noe Valley to a park in Diamond Heights. could see Oakland, downtown, the sun falling behind twin peaks. the park is really nice, it has some great cliff formations and it isn't too crowded -- no dogs to worry about, either, for any unexpected land mines.
worked on my kung fu sets, should be testing for my next sash at the end of April. did some chi kung as well, and meditated. the mind is very clear today, an open space taking in the surroundings.
going to an art/dj party tonight. improvisational sound collages mixed with visual media . . . should be fun
