Naiad and I just go back from eating at our favorite restaurant, Hulu House, out in the Sunset. we had the vegetarian Sweet & Sour Chicken and the BBQ Pork . . . yum . . . it is so choice . . .
it's been cold and overcast and perfect for fiddling around on the computer adding new components. we finally got a new scanner that actually works, so i added a couple of new pics.
life has been getting exponentially busy for me as of late, and in a really good way. i have a warehouse party i'm throwing next weekend, and i'm also going into the studio with an engineer to begin working on a new track. last Saturday, i spun at this bar, Anu, over on 6th St., and had one of the best experiences DJ'ing i've had in a long time. it really reinforced the passion i have for playing records, and the happiness i get when people are dancing and releasing themselves into the moment.
i've been thinking a lot about how the creative process channels itself through the body. when the mind quiets itself, and the body is relaxed, the potential for creativity builds within. fueled by Passion and guided by Will, the imagination is able to manifest in whatever form is desired. the beauty is in watching it all unfold.
