well since i had to leave work on time so that I could go get my tire fixed and that was done by 4:30 I decided to take a trip to the havest co-op market .....fresh organic goodies YUM!!!! i just cooked myself up some sort of asian inspired soup (mushroom broth, baby bok choy, mung sprouts, mushrooms, scallions and ginger) all organic of course....cause I'm a super heady organic crunchy healthy hippy girl 
....now to wash it all down with a pint of the finest vodka in a plastic bottle 
(ewwww....that made me get that gross alcohol shiver just typing it...i think i'll stick to some tea for tonight)
oh and PS I was all sorts of excited to try out the grind your own almond butter machine but it kept breaking.....no fair!
