not much happening,too may damn tests and getting cancelled,ive had it with this damn accident shit....... mad

keeps getting cool at night here,no hot august nights......... eeek

hopefully going to chicago sat to see butch walker..... love

well it was nice today until tongight when it thundered and was down pouring,i wont be on long its lightening bad....right now.....

got too much sun today,i usually look pale,i had spf 45 how did that happen shocked

It's friday...........the 30th of july

yet need to go and get another test done for the shoulder,not sure what day though,things are getting old with this ,no diagnosis yet.

how is everyone,weekend plans,i was by the pool yesterday,little cooler today....

not going to post too much my shoulder is killing me, i see another dr.on tuesday
hoping to tell me the exact problem so i can settle my case sooner than later with the lawyers.

so this will be brief,need to ice it again.

That seriously sucks about your shoulder. I injured mine a year ago in wrestling.... they are horrible injruies! Especially if you didn't actually dislocate it. It sounds like you have the same injury as me, cuz no one really knows what happened... just that it hurts SO much, and it's a lot weaker!

My shoulder? Not really a whole heck of a lot... I just go to physio now, and she has put me on a strength trasining programme. I also have to work out on a machine called a "cybex" which isolates the one muscle that i hurt, and it's basically just like lifting weights.

I haven't checked out the website yet, but I will asap!
