yeeesh where does the time go!?
recap of the last two weeks:
-on the eve of our 4 day road trip, one of our cats came down with a UTI requiring an emergency evening vet visit, and $200 worth of fees
-after bailing out of work early on Friday, drove to Cleveland with Dan and met up with my friend Molley
-went to sushi rock for THE BEST sushi..the stuff here in Rochester just doesn't compare
-attended the Red Bull Flugtag on Saturday. check this site out for pictures, or if you have no clue what i'm talking about, click on this:Cleveland Flugtag
-drove to Cincinnati and went to Paramount King's Island and waited all day in lines for mildly thrilling roller coasters
-went to the Warped Tour and got ALL-ACCESS passes because we knew one of the smaller bands. yes, i was a drooling baffoon. eat it.
-drove home to lovely Rochester and with all the random stops we made it took 12 hours =)
-the UTI kitty had been confined to a bathroom for those 4 days, and even though he was monitored by our roomie, he was still happy to see me!
After that, real life kicked in again...
-work sucks. no additional comments needed.
-got drunk on a tuesday with some friends we hadn't seen in forever, while BBQing chicken and clams.
-saw alien vs. predator and it just gets a *shrug* from me i guess
-have officially filed the paperwork to take my ex-landlord to small claims court on september 30th!
-switched my birth control pills over to another type, and my belly hates me for it.
-counting the days until the vegas trip, and marveling at the fact that YELLOWCARD and FALL OUT BOY will be playing while i'm there. as if i needed to be anymore excited =)
Oh, and in a random note, I flashed my next door neighbors the other day. We went out for breakfast, and when I got home I thought I'd do some quick gardening. Wearing a skimpy tank top is not the best for repeated crouching and bending.
So when I stood up and saw a bunch of people heading up the neighbors driveway for a birthday party, I waved and said hi, and was met with random stares and silence. Yeeeeah that'd be because my top was scrunched under my boobs and my hot pink bra was now center stage.
Yeeeeah. go me.
