hey jeanie, i had weighed about 169 2.5 years ago and i lost now i weigh around 142. i did it not from exercising but not eating sugar and not eating refined carbs. in other words just eat fruit, veggies, meat and limited dairy. i know, i know, it sucks buts it works. my waiste was a 33 now its a 29. its so small that i have to wear girls jeans. im a 5/6.

I went to the doctor today for the literal pain in my ass. He says to take 4 Alleve daily for a month straight, and see if I notice any difference. Guess we'll see. If that's one of the worst things in my life right now, that's not too bad.
