OMG , I am sooo tired. I was in the stuio for ten hours yesterday. I didnt even play one, thats the sad part. So , Silent Room may go on a tour. Our first. Arizona, California, Oregon and Washington (oh ya VEgas Baby, Vegas) I hope we dont kill eachother

I have this remedy it tastes a bit harsh, but works wonders.
Go to a health food store like Whole Oats or something. Buy Echinacea and Astragalus Root in the bulk loose herb section. Slice up some fresh Ginger root (about 4 1/4" pieces will do), cut one orange into pieces and smash it in a pan. Add two cups of water, one strip of Astragalus cut up, 2 tsp of Echinacea, the ginger and about 1/4 tsp of Cayenne pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes add honey and drink. I have not been sick (since I started making this)
