I was out of town this weekend, so I sadly couldn't have cross-dressed...I mean I could have, but my family might not be as receptive to such things. 
Of course my woman 730A_Trixel_Fem would delight in such things. 
As for the fast, yes, lots of water. I know it's less of a weight loss thing, though I'm sure I will lose weight. And the sugars in the juice I imagine will be infinitely better than the complex/processed/preservative laden glop my body is sadly used to.
Thanks for the tip on the diet, I'll check it out.
