I don't have to wake up early in the morning to go to work. It's great. I didn't have to Friday either, but I did have to bring my wife to her doctor's appointment, then go to work for nine hours. As far as things seem, the baby's doing great, so is my wife. We did the baby registry thing today... most of it atleast. Now, I have to start moving things around and clearing out the baby room.

Friday night, I had a "work meeting". It was the first work meeting I've been to. It was just me and my boss. One of my coworkers was waiting on us. We decided to have our meeting at the other place a girl at my work works, because there was only an $8 cover to watch the UFC fight on a big screen and so she could wait on us, but the meeting was just my boss and I. I used the cheap tactic of getting my boss, who normally sticks to beers and doesn't drink shots, to drink jager shots. When we were getting up to leave, he started offering mints and passing out his business card to people at another table and the hostesses, telling them to come in to get a free 20oz smoothie. I asked if I would be getting cards like that, he said "yeah, but the are going to say ass man on them." Ass man, apparently, is the abbreviation for assistant manager. He wasn't as drunk as it sounds. It was just a good time.
