I've been at my job for almost three months. I got a raise about a month ago. Yesterday, I talked to my boss about the assistant manager position. He said the plan is for me to be the assistant manager. I don't know how soon or how much of a pay increase, but I'm excited. I just worry that the pay will still be too little and the work will be much more. I'm not worried at all about the amount of work, unless I still don't make enough money and it interferes with my other job. If I make enough money, then... great.

When I talked to my boss, he asked what it would take to keep me. I told him that my goal is too make enough money to only need one job and I want to be in a position with opportunity to move up, he's going to talk to his business partner(AKA The Money). I talked to his boss yesterday morning. We had a similar conversation, he said that there is a possibility, in the future of a salary position, that would be more money than both my jobs... That's not saying too much. My boss gave me an idea of what things might happen in the future... I'm kind of excited, but kind of unsure. It's atleast a year away and nothing definite.
