Retrograde Ejaculation. The backward flow of semen into the bladder instead of down the
penile urethra generally results from a failure of the bladder neck to approproiately close during
ejaculation. This condition can have several causes, including idiopathic, diabetic related,
postsurgical (RPLND or V-Y plasty of bladder neck). Neurogenic and idopathic forms can often
(30%) be treated with alpha-sympathomimetic agents: Imipramine 25-50 mg b.i.d, Nasal-D b.i.d.,
Ornade b.i.d., or Sudafed plus (60mg) q.i.d. If this fails, sperm harvesting techniques can often be
used with intrauterine insemination to achieve a pregnancy.
A while back, I had surgery to get rid of cancer and a result of the surgery was that I couldn't have kids, because of nerve damage. I ended up with Retrograde Ejaculation. I've found that this can be fixed with sudafed or adderall. We researched it after I started taking cold medicine and my wife got a surprise... It was kind of funny. Unfortunately, we were at her mom's and it's not polite company to walk through the house with stuff like that all over your face; fortunately, everyone else was asleep. A few months ago, I started taking adderall, but not for this reason. I take it everyday and now I have no problems flinging baby spunk around.

I thought 'Retro grade ejaculation' was a fancy term for 'old man spunk' or maybe 1970's spunk.
