Last night I had a kind of rough day at work. I had a problem with some of the food that came out at lunch, then I only made $10 after tip out. We were really slow because our two state football teams were playing each other. For dinner, I had two "tables from hell", as my manager put it, as my last two tables. I still did alright on tips, but it was a bad night mostly. Today, I had a really good lunch. I love it when people tell me how great service and food was and they still tip well. Sunday lunches are great.

A couple of days ago, I got some marinade for pork chops ready. Today I cooked the pork chops and got some more of the sauce/marinade ready for dinner. My wife and my brother's g/f loved it, as did I. My brother ate before he got home. I have off tomorrow and the next day. I'm happy.

... Oh, we also got a gallon of daiquiris earlier and I'm still working on it. Now, we are about to watch Knocked Up.
