As for the fast, yes, lots of water. I know it's less of a weight loss thing, though I'm sure I will lose weight. And the sugars in the juice I imagine will be infinitely better than the complex/processed/preservative laden glop my body is sadly used to.

I'm in a good mood today. I just opened up my windows. It's so nice and comfortable outside. My cats have been so cute and lazy all day. Before my wife went to work, we took baths and I bathed her. We got up a lot earlier today, ate, watched some of a movie, then went back to sleep.

We had a great time last night. Like most good parties, I ended up drinking and removing most of my clothes, but I put on some of my wife's so it's okay.
