Wow, I am a tired girl! My body is sore from the increase in physical activity, but it's so worth it. When I don't feel like getting up to run in the morning, I imagine what I will look like in a couple of months and that usually motivates me.
I'm not sure when I became so boring, but I have!! I'm hoping I get more interesting soon before I scare people away.
Yesterday I was so surprised. I received flowers at work. I have never been sent flowers before, and I was so touched that I cried!! They are beautiful too. everyone at work kept asking about them. I am the luckiest person alive. What an awsome feeling this is, I know it won't last forever, so I will enjoy it while it lasts. I love you, A.

Lucky girl, Aren't flowers the greatest. I know I love getting them, Andreas used to surprise me with them every now and then. Would love to chat with you some time about the lap band surgery. R.
