Ok, SO much for giving up smoking, I tried and failed well sort of failed, I had a real bad day at work yesterday and had a ciggie at about 4:00pm yesterday and continued to smoke til last night..
However I am now suffering with the mother of all sore throats and a miserable series of cold sweats !! had to change my sheets twice !!!! damm it !! ! Not much fun, and had to have today off from work !!! the only bonus of the sore throat is that again I have not smoked all day !!!!
There is a positive in every negative !!
