Hello All! Nothing special today, just work, break, and more work...I was reading a book about this old school yogi who had recently passed at the age of 93. He was the founder of Ashtanga Yoga. Anyhow, in this book I read a quote from him that I felt I would share. It goes a little something like this:

"Bodies come and go,
Cast off like old cloth,
But the soul is never born,
Nor does it die."
