I'm looking for a pair of vegan shoes that I can wear to my waitressing job. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I need something that has a little bit of tread and will be supportive for a few hours.

Macbeth shoes do a vegan range - store.macbeth.com/products/category/macbeth-vegan I don't know how good they'd be if you're on your feet for long stretches, but I have a friend who has a pair that he uses for his everyday shoes, so they can't be too bad. Hope that's helpful :)
