I said goodbye to some people this morning. Funny how you sometimes take people for granted (actually really not fucking funny at all). Damn if I don't miss them already. 
Right now I feel more optimistic than I have in, maybe... years, but I'm pretty blue as well. There's a bit of a gnawing going on there, but I don't think I'll be eaten alive much longer...
