I am really bummed to leave Seattle without a job offer. Well, one that I would be willing to accept. Good news is I had two promising discussions today, one with "The Borg" and one with the plumber dude, so who knows. I could be back here soon - though that trip may be just interviews again also. Groan.
Shit just ain't easy. Ever.
It will be a real challenge to warm up to NYC again, though with a lil help from my friends I could get by, eh? I really hope so at least. My older friendships have been real dissappointing lately - its all the new ones that have been working the last six months. New friends are fucking grand, but you really need the old to ground you. I should just be trying harder, perhaps. I will get right on top of that.
Anyhow, I leave this place with some new friends that I really care about, with whom I would really like to keep in touch with. I am once again in the position to thank them for the love shown - y'all know who you are.
