I wrote an acoustic song yesterday. Recorded it today. Do I bring it to the band? Do I not? Decisions, decisions ...

I also decided to stop being a wimp about my bike riding. I was tired of being tired after only 20 minutes of riding. I tripled it this morning. Yep, I was out for an hour ... I'm an idiot. My ass didn't hurt as much as it had been but it royally kicked my teeth in. I was so fucking exhausted afterwards I slept for 3 hours. YES!!!

K, gotta go pick up my son from his mother's house.
