Yesterday (late into this morning)--a few hours sleep--and this morning again I have been helping my girlfriend move. I am officially exhausted.

you are right about the birth control helping the flow. i havent been off it for 7 years, i kinda wanted to give my body a break for a minute. i am going back on it again when i feel its time, even though i am a lesbian
