Ahhhhhh it's Friday. Time to relax. I came home and found out that my neighbor is tearing down the fence between my house and his. But other than that, things are calm. I am so exhausted I need a nap. As I sit here with a bottle of Sol (much better than Corona) I think that I'll go across the street to the bar and get some food. Then get some much needed rest.
Why do we say "Bless you" when someone sneezes? I don't say it. It's stupid to be honest. Maybe it's just me. From what I can gather, it is from ancient times when people thought we could be infested with evil spirits. When you sneezed, you were releasing an evil spirit through your nose. So people would say bless you as a blessing that your evil parasite was gone.
