III. DAS EINSATZGRUPPEN
[ Now playing on the Severe Trauma Sounds... West End Girls (Remix 86) by Pet Shop Boys from West End Girls (Remix 86) ]
Another moderately monotonous day at the workplace. Man, its hard to believe that Ill likely have to be doing this pretty much until I die. That is, unless some sort of drastic change is made. Perhaps I could go live in a commune... but would I be able to bring my computer and all those icons of death I treasure?
(I dont know. Depends on the commune, I guess.)
Well pretty much everyone has to work, so in that respect I guess were all kind of condemned. One of lifes few saving graces is finding that special someone who lends enhanced meaning to even the most mundane activities. Still havent met that person though, wondering if I will.
With regard to the election currently going down in this fair state (and I do mean down), seems that people are so far willing to go through the same shit once more with the GOP. (A victory looks likely in the House.) Theyre suckers, of course, but almost everyone is. Death camps for suckers. Bring back the Konzentrationslager.
I got Let The Right One In from Ken Video today, so Im looking forward to watching that. And Im also in the middle of a phone tag with a potential date. I called her last night, then she called me and I couldnt talk, then I called her tonight. Hopefully well talk, as she seems promising.
Something musical to look forward to... well, The Night Marchers are playing at 4th & B on November 13. Thatll probably be dandy.

joydiv:
Let the Right One In was great. I haven't seen the US remake to compare, but you'll definitely like the original.
