REALITY CHECK
If life were only so simple....
The real update: I'm being admitted to a specialty migrain clinic in Diamond something or other Hospital. They're going to put me through hell, aka detox, from all the meds my previous docs had me own. Which inevitably is probably going to cause the worst pain of my life.
Oh wait, the snowball effect doesn't stop there, no it doesn't...
Have you ever seen the movie One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest? If you not, you'r a fool and you should watch it at least 3 times in a row. Within the next week. Anyway, this migrain clinic is pretty much run like a psych ward with psychiatrists and psychologists on staff 24 hours, I'll have to sign in and out if I want to leave me room and to top it off I can't leave my room for more than 30 minutes. Get this I'm only aloud to go outside twice a week, Monday and Wednesday, weather permitting. Aint that some shit. That's enough to drive a person more crazy and create more migrains,
Anyway, Tuesday August 26th I head to Chicago. I'll be there for a minimum of 10 days, possible longer. I have no idea if they are going to allow me internet access since they seem to enjoy treating their migrain patients as mental cases.

Since when is migrain a mental sickness ? This sounds frightening, especially when you compare it to the movie. Did you ask them why they treat patients that way and why so many psychiatrists and psychologists are there ? I would not have expected this from a migrain clinic
