i can't handle being this depressed anymore.
don't get me wrong, i'm happy with my fiance, etc.
but, well it's so hard to explain.
i'm sick of getting depressed and anxious numerous times every single day.
i've been in therapy for years.
i've been on tons of different meds over the years.
any insight or comments would be nice.
therapy on weds.
possible update then..

I have struggled with severe depression and anxiety for most of my life, only being able to make actual progress in dealing with it the past two and a half years or so. These two years however, have been life changing, and I have made more improvements to my state of mind and state of being than I ever though possible.
