Vanity is not as bad as all that. There are days when noone can help but find something about themselves physically that they loathe. I know i often wake and wish i could just be different. Better, more fit and perfect. I know i should just focus on being happy and healthy , but i wanna be a beautiful man!

Dont get down on yourself to much, it doesnt help. and remember noone is happy with themselves physically really. there is always something to work on(otherwise plastic surgery wouldnt be a multi-billion dollar industry)!
SO be happy with what you have!
