To end this week i found out i got a B in my express Biology course... very much proud of myself so i decided to maybe get very intoxicated this weekend... also i started a new diet and sleep regiment ive got to get in shape for this fitness test next month... I am all that is man!!!!

I finally was able to let go enough to get my head out of my ass and meditate while doing things around the house. It's easier for me to meditate while I'm doing things instead of sitting still. My mind races if I'm not in motion. Anyway. I'm better, but still not on top of my game, but I'm going to get back up there. I have to, don't I? SGFL needs it's legal guardian while Mother Stacie is away.
Saturday night I plan to get hammered. I will drink to your health. Many times.
