Ah, the job. Right. I don't know, the manager just fucks with everyone, and the only thing he could find that was working on me was to not allow me to do enough work to make a living wage. I have been making about $250 to $275 a week since I started there. Lately he escalated and started waiting until the service manager gave me something I could sink my teeth into and then would pull me off of it. Literally the man has been taking food out of my mouth by doing these things. So I walked today. It's the last day of the pay week and I was once again going to fall *just short* of flagging enough labor hours to get more than the minimum that they give you as long as you are physically there 40 hours. We work 5 10 hour days, so that means you end up getting paid 30 labor hours for being there at least 40 actual hours and you get nothing for the other 10. It was a situation that I could not change. The company doesn't give a rats ass, and I have been trying to figure out something to get the situation changed and this is all I got. I'm not mad, I am a little worried, and I am seriously in debt, but I can live with this decision. Want to hear about my crush? I'll email you about her, I'm not saying shit publicly, but I know I can trust you with it.

I'll tell you what. Being in may be frustraiting, but being out can be scary. The job market in the "real word" sucks, and things don't appear to be getting much better. At least in the mil you got some stability.
Think it over hard. Can you advance in your MOS? If not is it possible to cross train into another? Get a degree and make butter bar? Or can you take your job in the mil and parlay it into something good in civilian life?
