That's a blog question I can answer almost without thinking XD
My favourite breakfast meal is Eggs Benedict! They can have bacon, ham or even smoked salmon. I am unable to do a decent Hollandaise sauce at home, so i appreciate people who can do it and, if i have the opportunity (in hotels, or brunch bars) i always choose Eggs benedict if available.
Another favourite breakfast is a good croissant with Butter and home-made marmelade, with coffe, of course. Or, pain perdu with strawberries or blueberries.
Finally, if i want to recover from a hungover, I can eat all the previous food accompanied by a Bloody Mary!
And then the day can start!
