28 isn't old. It may feel like it is some sort of a milestone when you get to 30 and it may seem like it is a big deal, but really age is just how many trips around the sun you have made, the more the better. You do not have to lose your youth with age, you can simply stay young in your mind and keep learning. From what I understand (which can differ for each person I know), it can be more difficult for women to get older, BUT the older women I have met are by far the more interesting ones. Old men are stuck in a way that at one time worked for them and don't see much point in changing, but older women constantly change and learn and adapt where their male counterparts fall short. Look forward to 2020, because your 29th birthday falls on the 29th, which makes it your golden birthday, it is supposed to bring good fortune to you. Mine was at 15 and I wasn't old enough to appreciate it.
