Only two more days until my extremely long work week is finally over. It's not like we have super long hours often, this is only the 3rd time this year I've had to work through the weekend. Still, it can be exhausting. Damn, I just looked at the date and realized it's one of my friend's b-days. Sigh... time for an ecard. Plus, he's moved within the last year so I have no idea what his address is. Hmmmm..... I used to be so good about that but his is the 2nd b-day I've forgotten in the past 2 weeks. Bah. Must focus.... I used to be so much better about that. Sigh.....
Well, breakfast is done and I have less than 2 hours to get some clothes together, pack, shower and get dressed, get my dog ready and drop her off, pick up stuff at Kinko's and get to a hotell that is at least half an hour away. At least the luau should make up for some of this past week. Happy Saturday! Sad thing is that 'm actually looking forward to Monday at this point

Oh oh.... one last thing. Just saw a commercial for the Today show next week and Cirque du Soleil is going to be on there. Everyone in the world should watch it. I can watch them for hours. I'll see if I can find out what day and if you've never seen them, you should take a peek because they are absolutely amazing on so many different levels. That just made my day SOOOOOOOO much brighter

It just so happens I did do something spontaneous this weekend. I went to ninedayjane's birthday party Saturday night. I drove 100 miles to get there. Kinda the odd man out, but it was pretty fun. Way better than sitting home alone again. Yeah, I just kinda just sat back and relaxed. They all knew each other, and I hadn't met, or talked to any of them before, except for Mandy,(ninedayjane) whom I comment with. But I did get to talk to her for a while. Pretty cool.
I live in Detroit, "Hockey Town", and I don't care for hockey. Basketball's pretty cool, I'll be rooting for the Pistons tonight. I'm mostly into baseball and football, and of course both teams blow. Oh well.
Sorry about the Harry Potter thing. I'm really not into movies or books in general, so I havent read or seen anything on it.
Yeah, too bad you live so far away, we could see it together. Then a little something something after.
