There's a guy I dated for about 2 months a year ago who has suddenly dropped all his friends because he's going to NA. The friend of his that I know party every few months and I knw he had some friends who toked. It seems very weird to be because the only thing he did was smoke pot. First off, it never occurred to me to go to NA for smoking pot. Second, I think it's weird to call a friend you see maybe once a month and tell him "I can't be friends with you anymore because you do drugs occassionally." Just weird..... then again I have to say that while I don't rally think of pot as a serious drug, that is one of the reasons I stopped seeing him. Not because he smoked but because he would lie about it and it made him stupid (and he didn't have many brain cells to spare) and he had no ambition at all because getting high made him lazy and complacent. I still think it's shitty to drop your friends, especially when they don't care and wouldn't pressure someone to use drugs. People are just strange.
Today is the day I avoid talking to an 8 year old about my inability to stop smoking. I keep saying it's because I have alot of stressors in my life right now (which I do) but I know that's a lame excuse. After June 12th, my life will calm down..... maybe I'll try then. Alright.... I'm going to be late for my half day at work (yay me!)..... must.... get.... off.... ass....

How can you have such a low opinion of weed when one of your vices is touching yourself??? The two go hand-in-hand. And it won't make you stupid or lazy unless you are stupid or lazy to begin with. I used to have a prejudice against pot smokers, but after I met some intelligent people who smoked, I changed my mind... and my clit is so very glad I did.

I apologize. I can see what you meant now. I mistook yours for an inexperienced opinion. I am usually a better judge. Now that I know better, I will withdraw my complaint. I hope I did not offend. I was probably high at the time anyway.
