camping wuz quite fun. it was uber-hot when we spent the afternoon at the lake, but i only darkened my skin tone by a slight bit cuz i have a hard time tanning

Camping trip is about 2 hours away. I always listen to crazy music, so that won't be a problem. I've recovered from my week off. Got today, then it's camping weekend!

I'm going on a camping trip at speedphreak's house. He has like 5 acres and we're going to camp out. Not sure what we're going to do or whatever, but it should be fun. I'm planning on taking unique3 with me, so I'll have a travel buddy most of the way.

Monday at work wasn't too bad. Just hot. Today, even hotter. Can't wait for the weekend.

I look at it this way. You're paying money for the course. What's the point in doing it half-assed. I have known people who get a little obsessed with the 4.0 and are really hard on themselves when the hit a course - like calculus or something - that is just not in their skill set.

I'm not sure I will see the new Authur thing. I like the period too, but am not a fan of rewriting things just so they can be PC. Though, I may change my mind - it is just a live comic book after all.

We rented "School of Rock". Meh, it was ok. Kinda funny.

But, she's a person I've been friends with for about 6 or 7 years. She's cool, but we're just friends. It's not that kind of an attraction. Plus her ex-husband is a good friend of mine, so that's kinda weird. We didn't screw or anything, but we did fool around a little. So maybe a friend with benefits. Who knows.

This day is going to suck. I just know it. Hope it goes by fast.

Didn't go bowling. Just rented a movie and hung out. Did I mention this friend was a chick? Yeah. But we're just friends, although we did have some fun.


Closet is cleaned out now. Well, mostly anyways. Still got the ex's clothes and stuff in there, but it's shoved in the back now.

Vacation is almost over. Tommorrow is going to suck bad. Only working 4 days though, took Friday off for the SG camping trip. WooHoo!

HA! I posted in someone else's journal last night, right before they updated. Bad timing I guess.

I made plans with a guy from work to go to a wave pool today, and of course, he blew me off. What an asshole. Is there anyone who is dependable. I'm sick of this bullshit!

I hate doing things by myself, and since I really have no dependable friends, I'll probably do nothing most the time. There is an SG get-together in Ohio next weekend, so I'll do that.
Other than that, who knows.
