Why the fuck can't past relationships stay in the past.
The men in my life ave this nasty little habit of holding on to me, after we are no longer romantically involved.
And then, they make me feel bad by blaming all of their new-found problems on me.
Today I discovered that the drummer in my band still has feelings for me, even though we broke up in late 2008, and he needs to take a break from the band because it's too hard to see me- WTF?!?!?!??!?!?!?
As if i don't hate myself enough as is. Jesus. Now I feel like a bad person, and I don't like this heartbreaker title that has haunted me forever. It makes me look like a total prick. I'm not.
And my band is on the line! What?! Not chill. That's a big part of my life- making music. What d I do? Is this my fault? I don't know anymore. All I know is hat I have a splitting headache that will not leave me be.
Damnit.

Sorry. People tend to forget the bad parts of a relationship over time. Any time you get involved in any endeavor with an ex, there's a risk of this sort of thing happening. Sometimes it won't, but I don't think it's possible to know that for certain ahead of time. The bottom line is there's nothing you could possibly have done to make that risk not exist. It's also possible there's nothing you can do to make him be OK with staying in the band. Unless you're both really sure he can handle it without any weirdness, it may be better to make a clean break now. Even though that may suck for the band, it won't suck as badly as having this situation continue to fester indefinitely.

I don't think is your fault. I think people always tend to ramain in love. I think i'll always love a bit all my lovers. And i don't think is their fault. Or mine. is just the way life is, is just that some people canot control their feelings, or can't be as rational as others. He'll come back to his senses, i'm sure
