I applied for a cake artist position yesterday afternoon, interviewed this morning, followed by a test cake, and then? I got the job!!!!! My cake looked horrendous but hey i'm a master at fondant NOT buttercream. So I took a pay cut until I learn the ways and then school him on fondant. SWEET!
