The new semester begins tomorrow, and im nervous as hell. Chefs are not pleasant happy go lucky laid back people. They are professional, strict....and just like Army officers. NO LIE! Well atleast in the lab they are. And I have the experiance to say so. Then again, I love that. I want to be challenged and pushed, only so that I can prove that im damn better then the rest! Cake decorating is the class, and as lovely as it sounds dont think its a breeze people! I have heard horror stories from other students, this is so exciting!!! Wish me luck for my second round of basic (boot camp) haha!!!
Anyways, although I had the week off...it was rough. My bro came home to visit from West Point and he likes to give me hell! My father came home from Iraq, and my mother...well shes just eccentric and weird lol. I hope everyone else had a lovely holiday!! Any exciting news or funny mishaps? Tell me!!!
