so i was reading a bulletin by velvet acid christ about how suicide girls is suing apnea and lithium picnic. when i checked out apneatic.com and apnea's livejournal, i had to wonder...what kind of lawsuit is this going to be? apparently they are allowed to sue competitor sites, which excludes "single girl personality based sites" and when i checked out apneatic.com, it looked to me like it was all one girl, and all about her personality. hardly a competitor, in my opinion. and they fired lithium picnic in november for shooting pics of apnea *a competitor* that she put up on her site and they are alleging that lithium picnic owns and runs apneatic.com.

maybe i'm just stupid, but it definitely didn't look like that to me. it looks to me like apnea runs and owns the whole thing and the only thing lithium picnic did was shoot pics of her. sg claims to own apneatic.com and her persona...which i find a bit odd.

what's wrong with a little competition, anyway? but either way, i don't think she's got much in the way of competition for sg. she's one woman, with one site, and it's all her own site. what's wrong with that?

of course, i'm probably a bit behind the times anyway...whatever.
