I've been working on the house all day; painting, cleaning, repairing, etc., trying to get it ready for the market. We went out to eat, and I decided to use the restroom to wash up first.

When I got in the door, an old man (80+ ?) is washing his dentures in the sink. He glances over at me and looks really embarassed that I saw this. "Yeah, I know. Kinda gross. Gotta do it 'though."

I don't need it usually, but I just so happened to be carrying my retainer in my pocket today, so . . . I said, "Yeah, tell me about it", pulled mine out, and started cleaning it right next to him. He thought this was the funniest thing. I didn't actually have to clean it (I only wear it at night, every three nights), but I figured it might make him feel better.


Now I'm all clean now after a day of sweat, dust, and paint. I just left the shower and I've shaved every inch except my manly goatee. I love this feeling right here. And now, I think I'll go check out Sid's new set. The day's getting better now that it's over.
