Hey omfg! I am soooo glad I stumbled accross this journal entry... I was about to try my hardest to start a thread on the boards or something to try and get some advice- but I ordered my SG hoodie and some stickers 3 weeks ago, and nothing had showed up. This confuses me, because I order stuff online all the damned time and shit from overseas takes, like, a week tops- anything from the states usually comes either 2 or 3 days after I order, tops 1 week. It says that it takes 1 week to ship within the states, and 2 weeks for anywhere else in the world- but fuck, it takes forever. I wouldn't rate the SG online store very high for customer/MEMBER service at all- 4-6 weeks?!?! That's fucking retarded- from overseas I can possibly understand- but from LA? To that person who lives near SGHQ? Retarded. I paid 60 bucks Canadian for the products and shipping- get off your ass, Missy, and do something about it- or hire people to do it faster! God damn.
