My proposed recruitment ad,
"We put up with more bullshit before 9AM than most people do all day."
Lately I've come to realize that there are a few number of non idiots out there. There's no way I'm going to be able to take this job in a year if I'm going to be working with all the idiots that are there now.
I'm afraid if I take it just for the money and "only for a couple of years" then I'm going to end up there forever, and well, the money isn't that great.
The only plus is that it's a guaranteed job doing something I know I can do easily. Hell it's mostly sitting around waiting.
But then there's the idiots.
