I'm going to buy a house. I'm going to rent it out. I'm going to make money. I'm going to buy another house. I'm going to keep doing this. I'm going to be financially independent.

Can you imagine going from day to day, not worrying about fucking up so bad that you lose your job. With me, it's my clearance. If I were to get a DUI or amass too much debt or break any kind of law, I'd lose it. Then there's goes my employability. I'd have to take a huge paycut.

I need independence.
