I got stood up!!! For the first time ever.
Was due to meet this girl I've known for a while, she was due to come stay at mine for the long weekend to relax, watch films and theoretically 'hop on the good foot and do the bad thing'.
Got a text this morning saying she wouldn't be coming [for reasons I won't go into here]. I've taken a few extra days off from work now I'm hanging around.

Nothing makes a guy feel wanted like being stood up at the last minute. Anyone for poker?
