Im beginning at the cusp of what seems to be an unusually boring weekend. I hope this isnt the case. I have most of my side projects caught up. Two exceptions...I need to finish painting my bedroom. I started it 2 years ago. I never finished. I feel like that guy Eldon from Murphy Brown who was painting murals at her house for like a decade. I also have an unfinished Nine Inch Nails remix but I got some serious remixer's block and I cant finish it. One of these days it'll hit me like a bolt of lightning. Im going to keep those projects on simmer...
And my friends, well my friends have their own issues, dilemmas, scenarios, etc this weekend. And these arent simple lil things like they have work, or its their mom's birthday. One of them is in rehab, this other girl is supposed to be some gay guy's bodyguard because the gay guy needs to get his stuff from his ex-boyfriend in Vegas. haha thats a pretty funny story in itself...I ask my friend "Why do you need to be a bodyguard for your gay friend?" she answers "Because gays are easy prey"
hahaha, I dont know what that means, I dont know if that was supposed to be funny or derogatory or what. Whatever that was supposed to mean, I thought it was funny...
I was invited to some swanky club in Hollywood for my ex-girlfriend's new boyfriend's birthday. Now I kinda want to go to this club, and I wanna see her...but her new boyfriend, ehhh. Im sure he's cool but since she's my ex-girlfriend, Im not supposed to like him. Its just the way things work. You dont see lions hanging out with zebras. Who knows, I might get along alright but do I even feel like trying, eh not really...So perhaps I'll pass.
So that leaves me with basically nothing to do, and thats where it feels awkward. Socially naked I'll call it. Wanna clothe me? Wanna tell me where the cool clothes are? I kinda wanna take on a photography shoot, but I dunno about that. Anybody out there feel like modeling? I dunno how that'll work, I promised myself I wouldn't solicit projects outside my real life social network but eh whatever, this weekend is of a different breed. In the meantime Im just gonna let my mind wander...This might get dangerous, make sure you have your tranquilizer guns ready
