Thanks for the great dental advice. I got checked, x-rayed and extracted in less than an hour for $90, which is positively a steal for NYC proper. As a bounus my Dentist was about 23 years old and super hot, so I didn't mind it as much when she ripped the damn thing from my mouth leaving a bloody hole.
