so..... hottest 100..... hmm... augie march...... the john howard of australian music... i'll leave it at that..... i currently weigh 108 kgs... its the heaviest ive ever been.... so yeah i reviewing my habits and such... which is weird cos i put on weight when i stopped being a functioning alcoholic to be more "healthly"... so yes i shall be a new and improved me in about 3 months.... want to lose bout 20 kgs and build up muscle mass in the arm region and neck.... to go from phil collins to henry rollins! word up!

yeah its pretty much a commercial station minus commercials and justin timberlake..... and the latter i dont mind so much compared to such acts as the hilltop hoods.....
