Hmmm...life. It goes and goes.

I don't feel like going to work tommorow.

I spent a total of 12 hours (6 hours lastnight, 6 hours today) practicing a solo I wrote in two hours (so I guess a total of 14 hours...talk about no social life haha) for a new song we will be putting in our set. Could use a few more hours of practice with it to get it sounding smooth. My bandmates don't understand why I would spend so much time for only 20 seconds. When I compose something I make sure it's as perfect as it can get. It's just my style and approach to music. Some players just find an idea and only spend an hour or two with it, and move on. It's all just a matter of how you approach everything. I guess though it can also depend on how much time you have haha. Music is great.

And so life goes and goes...
