Well, I did it, I didn't do it well, but I did it. I talked to her. Not only does she have a boyfriend, she has two jobs and is leaving in a month for college, so even if she didn't have a boyfriend we would have had totally conflicted work scheduals.
Anyway, she smiled real big when she realised what I was doing. She has a beautiful smile. We might hang out anyway.
I don't even care about the outcome. I did it. I smiled the whole time I was in Goodwill afterwords (where I found absolutely nothing worth buying.) And on the drive home. Especially when I pictured her smile. I hope it was from flattery and not at my expense. But whatever.
I saw 3 hippy bums on the way home, two were a couple with really long super pretty dreads, and there was another one a block before. They all had signs that I was unable to read. I put some serious thought into driving back and seeing if they needed a ride, but I didn't do it.
