In the past 15 hours the following has happen:
I found out that the flange under my upstairs toilet is broken. How do I know? I sat on the toilet and it fell through the floor & into the downstairs kitchen. After the plumber looked at it, he said that the broken flange leaked water under the flooring & rotted out the supports under it. Luckly I didn't go through the floor with it.
