I'm reading a book in French at the moment and it has me somewhat flummoxed. The problem is this: while the theme is fun and one I understand, my French is now so weak that I can't tell if the book is well-written or not. I find myself lost in long passages that strike me as egotistically self-indulgent. Of course, they may be profoundly philosophical and I just don't get it.



Anyway, the dirty bits are fun.
