I'm pathetically influenced by TV. Since I'm going to be in LA in March, I thought I'd see if I could book a session with Chris Garver. I've been ready to get another tattoo for a while and from watching Miami Ink obsessively, I got it stuck in my head that I HAD to go to him. The crackly voice on the answering machine at True Tattoos saying $500 minimum quickly shook me of that fantasy.

I think I'll stick closer to home for the new ink.

Now I need to decide whom I'll go to. Last time I went to Dave at Abstract in Toronto, but I don't believe he's there any more. Maybe I'll make the trek to Urban Primitive.
